How To Reach Us
Email: [email protected]
That's it. One inbox. We all read it. Expect a reply within 1-2 business days, sometimes faster if someone's on coffee.
Things We Love Hearing About
"Your info on [Casino X] is wrong."
Seriously, we appreciate this. Bonuses change, casinos rebrand, terms get updated. If you've found an error, tell us. Include a link or screenshot if you can. We'll verify and fix it, usually within 24 hours.
"Why isn't [Casino Y] on your list?"
Either we haven't reviewed it yet, or we did and it failed our tests. Let us know which casino you're curious about. If it's new to us, we'll add it to the review queue. If we've already blacklisted it, we'll tell you why.
"I had a great/terrible experience at [Casino Z]."
Player experiences matter. They supplement our testing with real-world data points. Tell us what happened. If it's negative, include dates, amounts, and any documentation you have. Multiple similar reports can move a casino off our recommended list.
"You should try this game/feature/promotion."
We can't play everything, but we're always looking for interesting angles to cover. Point us toward stuff we might have missed.
Things We Can't Help With (No Matter How Much We'd Like To)
"The casino won't pay me."
We feel your pain. We've been there. But we have zero leverage over casino finance departments. We're not regulators.
What you should do:
- Document everything: screenshots, chat logs, email threads
- Escalate through the casino's formal complaints process
- If they're licensed (MGA, UKGC, AGCO), file a complaint with the licensing authority
- For significant amounts, consult a lawyer specialising in gaming disputes
If you've tried all this and the casino has clearly acted in bad faith, let us know. We may update our review.
"My account got locked/restricted."
Casino ops decision. Could be legitimate (verification issues, bonus abuse suspicion) or unfair (you won too much). Either way, only the casino can unlock it. We're not on their systems.
"Is online gambling legal in my province?"
We're not lawyers. The short answer is complicated: Ontario has a regulated market, other provinces vary, offshore is grey. For actual legal advice, talk to an actual lawyer.
"Can you get me a special bonus?"
We don't have secret codes or VIP connections. The bonuses we list are what's publicly available. Casinos occasionally offer us exclusive deals for readers—when that happens, we make it obvious on the site.
For Casino Operators
Want a review? Email us at [email protected] with:
- Casino URL
- Licensing details (licence number, not just jurisdiction)
- What makes you worth Canadian players' attention
We'll create a test account, deposit our own money, and give you an honest assessment. Note: "honest" might mean "brutal." We've declined more review requests than we've accepted.
Media Inquiries
Journalists writing about Canadian online gambling can reach us at the same email. We're happy to provide background, data, or quotes—though we may decline to comment on topics outside our expertise.
